Who we are

TilePro is a service of NorthStar Apps LLC. Tile stores and the installers they work with use it to keep one homeowner’s project in one place. This policy covers the TilePro website, the project pages and the text messages.

What we hold for a project

Your name, your mobile number and your email address; the project’s selections — the tile and materials chosen for it; and the photos and documents that you or the store or installer added to it. That is the whole of it.

What we do with it

We use it only to run that project for the store or installer you are working with: to show you your project page, to send you the messages described in our texting terms, and to answer your questions. We do not sell it. We do not use it to advertise anything to you, and we do not give it to anyone else to advertise to you.

Texting

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your number is used to run your project and nothing else. You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help.

Your choices

Write to support@tilepro.design to see what we hold for your project, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
