The program

TilePro texts, sent on behalf of a store or installer about your project. The program is operated by NorthStar Apps LLC for the tile stores and installers that use TilePro. You join it by giving your mobile number to that store or installer, or by texting a TilePro number first.

What the messages say

A link to your project page; the next step and who is doing it; a visit time or a start date to confirm; word that your materials are in and ready to collect; an answer to a question you asked; and, once the job is finished, a single request for a review. They are about your project and nothing else — no offers and no advertising.

How often

Message frequency varies. It follows your project rather than a schedule, so most projects receive a handful of messages spread over a few weeks.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@tilepro.design.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
